Nutrend N1 pre-workout, Tropical Candy flavour, with beta-alanine, creatine and 200 mg caffeine per serving.
A pre-workout powder blend for stimulation before physical activity. The formula targets both strength and endurance: beta-alanine, L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate and creatine support strength and recovery between sets, while caffeine (200 mg per full serving), L-tyrosine and vitamin C support energy and focus. The manufacturer states the effect lasts through the whole workout, even sessions longer than 120 minutes. Dosage depends on body weight: the smaller serving (8.5 g) is for athletes under 75 kg or those sensitive to stimulants, the larger one (17 g) for over 75 kg or high-intensity training. Take 30 minutes before training.
