The formula targets both strength and endurance: beta-alanine, L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate and creatine support strength and recovery between sets, while caffeine (200 mg per full serving), L-tyrosine and vitamin C support energy and focus. The manufacturer states the effect lasts through the whole workout, even sessions longer than 120 minutes. Dosage depends on body weight: the smaller serving (8.5 g) is for athletes under 75 kg or those sensitive to stimulants, the larger one (17 g) for over 75 kg or high-intensity training. Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes: 1 serving (8.5 g = ¼ scoop) with 150 ml water, 30 minutes before training. Over 75 kg or for high-intensity training: 17 g (½ scoop) with 300 ml water, 30 minutes before training.
