Nutrend Beta-Alanine Compressed Caps deliver a precise dose of beta-alanine together with L-histidine. Both amino acids are involved in forming carnosine in muscle tissue, which helps the body cope with intense training loads. Vitamins B5 and B6 are added to the formula — athletes commonly pair them with beta-alanine to support energy metabolism during exercise. The capsule format makes dosing simple and skips the mixing step needed for powdered beta-alanine.
Gelatine capsule (gelatine, iron oxide colouring), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Per 1 capsule: beta-alanine — 1150 mg, L-histidine — 100 mg, vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) — 10 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) — 2.5 mg.
Take 2–4 capsules 20–30 minutes before training. The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
