One of the highest-dose liquid L-carnitine products on the market: 10,000 mg per 10 ml serving. The body can synthesise carnitine itself, but low levels of some precursor substances can make that synthesis insufficient — which is why the supplement is popular during weight-reduction diets and periods of fatigue and mental exhaustion. Maximum daily dosage is 10 ml. Drink a dose in the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Intended for immediate consumption or diluting with water or a sports beverage. Milk or alcoholic beverages are not suitable for preparation. Once opened, store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and use within 4 months.
