Additionally enriched with the essential amino acids L-methionine and L-tryptophan, plus L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and the branded creatine monohydrate Creapure®. The formula also includes a blend of digestive enzymes that helps digest nutrients faster, including trace amounts of lactose. A sufficient amount of quality protein contributes to muscle growth and maintenance.
