Nutrend Multicomplex is a 30-day pack with two types of capsules: MULTIVITAMIN taken in the morning and MULTIMINERAL taken before bed. This split lets you get a broad range of vitamins and minerals without combining them into a single capsule. MULTIVITAMIN contains 12 vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D, E, folic acid, biotin) plus plant extracts of black pepper, green tea and bovine colostrum. MULTIMINERAL includes 6 minerals — magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, chromium and selenium — some in a highly absorbable chelated form. The product works as a dietary addition alongside regular physical training.
MULTIVITAMIN: vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6, B12, C, D, E, folic acid, biotin; black pepper extract (95% piperine), green tea extract (50% polyphenols), bovine colostrum (min. 30% immunoglobulins). Per 1 capsule: vitamin C — 290 mg, vitamin B3 — 32 mg, vitamin E — 24 mg, vitamin B5 — 12 mg, vitamin B6 — 10 mg, vitamin B1 — 10 mg, vitamin B2 — 10 mg, vitamin A — 1000 µg, vitamin D — 10 µg, folic acid — 400 µg, biotin — 100 µg, vitamin B12 — 25 µg. Contains caffeine — 8 mg/capsule. MULTIMINERAL: magnesium bisglycinate, chelated minerals (incl. L-OptiZinc®). Per 1 capsule: magnesium — 150 mg, calcium — 100 mg, zinc — 10 mg, iron — 3 mg, chromium — 80 µg, selenium — 75 µg.
Take a maximum of 1 Multivitamin capsule and 1 Multimineral capsule per day, washed down with enough water. Milk and alcoholic beverages are not suitable. Do not chew the capsules.
Food supplement. Multivitamin compressed caps contain caffeine (8 mg/1 capsule) — not suitable for children, pregnant or nursing women. Does not replace a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, frost and humidity.
