Fish oil softgels with vitamin D, concentrated EPA and DHA.
Omega-3 Plus is a softgel fish oil supplement enriched with vitamin D. The oil comes from anchovies caught in the Peruvian (Humboldt) Current, with the fatty acids present as triglycerides. Each capsule provides 301 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 210 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These omega-3 fatty acids support brain activity, heart function and vision at a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. Suitable for everyday intake as a dietary source of omega-3, both for adults and for supporting healthy growth in children.
Ingredients: fish oil, gelatine capsule (beef gelatin, glycerol, water). Nutritive value per capsule: fish oil (omega-3) — 1000 mg, of which EPA — 301 mg, DHA — 210 mg; vitamin D3 — 10 μg (200% NRV).
Take 1–2 capsules daily. Maximum daily dose is 2 capsules — do not exceed. Swallow with plenty of water; milk and alcoholic beverages are not suitable. Do not chew the capsule.
Does not replace a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or nursing women. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25 °C away from direct sunlight; do not freeze.
