Tesla Nutritions casein protein, Chocolate-Caramel flavour, slow-release protein for nighttime.
A casein protein — a slow-digesting protein source that the manufacturer recommends taking before bed, for a gradual release of amino acids overnight. According to the brand, this can help reduce muscle protein breakdown during longer fasting periods (such as overnight) and support muscle recovery. The formula includes the digestive enzymes papain and lactase for easier digestion.
