BCAA+Glutamine by Superior14 is a powdered blend of branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) with added glutamine. Per serving (10 g): 2500 mg L-leucine, 1250 mg L-isoleucine, 1250 mg L-valine and 3500 mg L-glutamine; sugar- and carb-free. Suitable before and after training, as well as on rest days.

1–2 servings of 10 g a day: 30 minutes before training and right after it (can also be taken during training). On rest days — 1–2 servings during the day and before bed. Dissolve a serving (10 g) in 200 ml of water.
