Dissolve 10 ml of concentrate in 600–700 ml of water (resulting osmolality below 250 mOsm/kg). Maximum 50 ml of concentrate per day. Do not use mineral water, as it disturbs the drink's osmolality and mineral balance. Use the enclosed measuring cup for accurate preparation. Never store the ready-made beverage longer than 24 hours; once opened, store below 25°C and use the concentrate within 3 months.
