Two types of carbohydrates in a balanced ratio provide a quick and sustained energy supply. The formula includes beta-alanine, choline and vitamin B3, which support energy metabolism, plus 60 mg of caffeine per tube for focus and alertness. Gluten-free. Suited for runners, cyclists and other high-intensity activities where a quick carbohydrate top-up is needed without stopping to eat.
