L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine (2:1:1), vitamins B1, B3, B6, zinc. BCAA per serving (10 g): 6000 mg.
Mix 10 g with 250–300 ml of water and drink 15 minutes before physical activity or immediately after finishing training. Can also be drunk during physical activity. Maximum daily dose is 10 g.
