BCAA Glutamine by Army1 is an amino acid drink delivering 10 g of amino acids plus 7 g of glutamine per serving. Branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) cannot be made by the body itself and make up about 35% of the essential amino acids — the building blocks for protein. The addition of glutamine supports recovery and protein synthesis. Strawberry flavour, 600 g jar, 60 servings.
BCAA amino acid complex + L-glutamine. Per serving (10 g): amino acids 10000 mg, glutamine 7000 mg.
Mix 1 serving (10 g) with 250 ml of cold water. Take 2 servings between meals or before, during or after exercise.
