Allnutrition Electrolytes Forte is an effervescent tablet with a full electrolyte blend: potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium and chloride. These minerals are lost through sweat during intense training or heat exposure and can be replenished by dissolving a tablet in water. Potassium, calcium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function, while magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness. Zinc and vitamin D are also included to support the immune system. The orange-flavoured tablet suits use during or after training, or in hot conditions.
Potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, chloride, zinc, vitamin B6, vitamin D, orange flavouring, sweeteners. Per 1 tablet: potassium — 300 mg (15% RI), calcium — 200 mg (25% RI), magnesium — 125 mg (33% RI), sodium — 100 mg, chloride — 75 mg (9% RI), zinc — 5 mg (50% RI), vitamin B6 — 1 mg (71% RI), vitamin D — 12 µg (250% RI).
Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of cold water. Consume immediately after preparation. Take 1–2 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 tablets).
Do not consume if allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Intended for a healthy adult population up to 75 years of age. Contains sweeteners; may contain milk (including lactose). Store in a dry place, below 25 °C, protect from light, out of reach of small children.
