BCAA 4:1:1 Energy Powder by Nutrend is an enhanced formula of branched-chain amino acids (leucine:isoleucine:valine = 4:1:1) with added beta-alanine, taurine and caffeine. Suited for use before an intense workout thanks to the energy boost, while also supporting recovery and protein synthesis. Raspberry flavour; contains caffeine — not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women.

Mix 12 g (about ½ measuring scoop) with 250–300 ml of water, drink 15 minutes before training or right after it. Maximum daily dose is 10 g of the active BCAA component. After opening, keep below 25°C and use within 3 months.
