Allnutrition D3 4000 + K2 is a dietary supplement in soft gelatin (softgel) capsules, combining vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone, dissolved in cold-pressed linseed oil. Vitamin D contributes to normal calcium absorption and to maintaining healthy bones, as well as to normal immune system function. Vitamin K contributes to maintaining normal bones. One capsule a day is a convenient way to supplement the diet with two fat-soluble vitamins at once.
Capsule shell (gelatin, humectants: glycerol, sorbitols), cold-pressed linseed oil (38%), vitamin K (menaquinone), vitamin D (cholecalciferol). Per capsule: vitamin D3 100 µg (2000% NRV), vitamin K2 100 µg (133% NRV).
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, with water.
Do not use during anticoagulant therapy (warfarin, acenocoumarol). Avoid if allergic to any ingredient. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
